This bean as compared to already ground beans is MUCH more fresh. Also the ability to roast small batches of varying roast is great. These beans are very good to me, especially once I found out the method that works best for me; dark roast, finely ground. Basically brewed as a very large espresso in a coffee mug. Nice and strong, no acidity, smooth. I’ll buy again.
