Sometimes you need something a little different to spice up a dish and I’m finding these are great! I used the ghost pepper in a simple short rib recipe that I cooked in the crock pot and it came out delicious and quite spicy. These are concentrated (but no preservatives, double win!) so a little goes a long way, especially with the hot, hot ones. You won’t need much for each use. Love love love the jalapeño puree!

BUYER BEWARE, these sauces are extremely salty and since you cannot return be careful not to spend over $100 on them just to be stuck with something hardly edible .

Just don’t add salt if you’re using this. I completely love it. Adds nice dimension to most recipes. Added it to a fig balsamic glaze with white wine and blueberries and it was phenomenal.
