These were the most beautiful New York strips I have seen. Look like you just selected them from the butchers case. I have not tried one as yet, but if they taste as great as they look, I am a customer forever. Only would have liked them to be packed individually instead of four to a pack. But I can overlook that.

Unbeivable quality, very tender, the New York steaks were some of the best steak I’ve had. I’m a retired chef, 45 years preparing some fine meals, I really think Certified Black Angus beef is top of the line, definitely prime grade, and the Grumpy Butcher aged these steaks to protection. I truly believe you get what you pay for, my experience has been nothing less than excellent. I definitely will be buying more and I really recommend Grumpy Butcher for that special meal. I’m very impressed. NICE JOB.
