I took one star away because….. I had gotten this product a few times now and I have never had an issue with it. However I just had an order delivered today of two cans and the one can was damaged to the point that you could push the top up and down indicating that it had taken in air. Obviously I threw it away. Not impressive for something of this price… while not ubre expensive it’s also not cheap enough to just throw away and not sweat it if one is damaged. Flavor is pleasant on crusty bread with olive oil and tomato. Keep in mind you get what you pay for, so if you are expecting $100 foi gras type material you will be disappointed. Cheers.

I bought this on a friend’s recommendation, it was pretty good. Definitely it would be good for camping/hiking.

Albeit I wasn’t expecting perfection based on the price, i was expecting something better than the liverwurst i can buy at the deli counter in my local supermarket. won’t buy again.

Ok, this is either cat food or Spam pate. I was expecting something a little more tasteful, but it literally tastes like Spam. Had to throw it out. :/

The wife & I grew up in France. It was a real delight. Excellent pate de campagne. Need a baguette, a little butter, some pate & voila you’re in hog heaven. It’s made from pork, cognac, garlic, herbs. Delecious.
