I ordered ground Psyllium from Herbal Secrets Amazon store a couple of times. Good product and good price. I inadvertently order the wrong item recently, ground flax seed instead of psyllium. My fault. I tried to return it, but customer service has gone totally dark. They do not answer or acknowledge my email. If you call them, you get an answering service that can do nothing but take a message. Very frustrating. I would give the product a 5 star rating, but the horrible customer service needs to be addressed before this company deserves my business again.
Update. The company did finally respond. I received a refund. It took months, and a dozen emails, but they came through. So definitely not 5-star customer service, but perhaps they have made some positive changes.

I’m not sure if all of the benefits of ground flaxseed are true, but time will tell. I’ve been mixing 2 tablespoons of this product every day with yogurt for about 3 months now. The containers are huge and last a long time.
