I bought this to try my hand at making Jerky. This stuff is delicious and my jerky tuned out perfect! I used the oven to make it and had to adjust the time a little. But, the instructions are great and the jerky turned out great. I’ll be trying other flavors too!

So good that my dog got the left over jerky when we were on vacation and then she sniffed out the rest of the seasoning and tore the bag open then realized that just because it smells the same doesn’t mean it tastes the same. My parents (who were taking care of her that weekend) covered up for her and threw the evidence away so it took me a couple days to catch it…

I usually have to doctor up the beef jerky seasoning I use but Hunter’s Blend tastes amazing just like it is. It’s somewhat spicy, smokey, and not too salty. Very good.

I used the lean ground beef and it worked and tasted great. Just follow instructions and easy to make. I used the dehydrator and it worked perfect.
