Diy ramen. Add some seasoning, soy sauce. Get a bag of dehydrated veggies. Way better than the packages.

Overall I really appreciate this product. The noodles when cooked have a good mouthfeel, and a taste youd expect. I purchased these because I love ramen, but wanted to experiment with my own flavors and add more vegetation. Each package has noodles pre-bundled for a serving. Personally I only use half a bundle per serving but atleast I can say each portion is enough.

My son is a 30 something bachelor who has eaten a ridiculous amount of ramen in his adulthood. He specifically asked me to purchase these for him for x-mas this year because “they’re super quick and easy to make and can be used in anything from spaghetti to stew to ramen. Add anything to them or eat them with butter, they’re always great and come out perfect.” I ordered 2 packs and was surprised how huge and heavy each pack was! My gosh, these will last a long time!

Definitely NOT the instant ramen college students seem to live on. These are plain ramen noodles for use in scratch-made ramen soup. Provide your own broth or soup base, vegetables, meat &/or spices. Each individual bundle of noodles is one serving. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add dry noodles and cook for 4 minutes. Drain and add noodles to hot broth. Garnish as desired. Hint: Get yourself a ramen cookbook.
