If you like the heat level and taste of sri racha, this is even better! Not as sweet and every now and then you get a pepper seed for an extra burst of heat. Being not as sweet makes it better than sri racha IMO.

I love this stuff I add 6 drops of sucralose to the these jars to add the sweetness of siracha back to it. You could use an immersion blender to make it into more of a sauce like siracha. This is an awesome keto alternative.
