I’ve been ordering these for some time now and even subscribed to have them sent out every month. Opened one from this last shipment and it was missing the bouillon cube. I haven’t opened all of them so it will be interesting to see if all of them are missing the cube. I’m very disappointed.

I never had pho before I had the PhoLicious version of the dish. I saw their TikTok posting and was so impressed and intrigued by their process as well as their small business status, that I ordered a 6-bowl package of chicken pho the same night I saw their post. I went to Amazon to order it.
My order arrived within 24 hours. Preparing it just required adding water, opening and adding the flavor packet (dried scallions), the pho flavor cube, and setting the flavor bag in the water so it could be removed after microwaving, and the option of adding either one packet each of hoisin sauce and siracha sauce or both packets, then placing the lid back on loosely and placing it in the microwave, and cooking it on high for five minutes. With the lid just set loosely on the bowl, the pho did not foam up or overflow as it was heated up. I didn’t add either of the last two sauces I listed because I wasn’t familiar with their flavors.
Prepared with just the three main ingredients – the dried scallions, the flavor bag, and the pho cube – it was filling, satisfying, and easy to eat. Included with each bowl of pho is a pair of wooden chopsticks. I used a soup spoon instead of chopsticks because I didn’t want to have to wear a bib (no, chopsticks are not a skill I have mastered – yet 🙂 ). Using a soup spoon made eating both the broth and noodles easier and MUCH neater for me.
However, because I have Stage 3B damage to my kidneys, I have to limit my salt intake to 2000 mg a day. A whole bowl of the pho, which, admittedly is 2 servings, is 1700 mg of sodium. Not the wisest choice for a day of careful eating. Ah, “Eat half,” you say. You just try eating just only half of this warm, tasty, satisfying, oh-so-much-comfort-food, bowl of pho. Once you get started, especially on an empty stomach, it is difficult to stop until you have consumed the entire bowl. For me, this pho was a perfect introduction to Vietnamese food. My daughter educated me about the infinite variety of pho that can be created by the things you add to the dish to personalize it. Note: it does not come with meat. Pho, in its most basic form, is flavored broth and glass noodles. Meat, fish, vegetables, or flavored tofu – each, or any combination of them, can be added to make pho your own. That being said, I really liked this dish prepared according to the directions without either the hoisin or siracha sauces. I really enjoyed the flavor of the chicken pho. It is a perfect winter’s day bowl of warm wonderfulness.

Over rated to me maybe I’m not a pho soup person I do love my ramen soup but this wasn’t good. Packaged well a lot of good ingredients just not for me

I bought these for work and they were incredibly filling. It’s a bit complicated to assemble the bowl, but everything came out great. I would recommend having some extra ingredients handy like chicken or beef just to round out the meal.

I saw this product endorsed by an influencer and decided to give it a try. My expectations weren’t that high, to be honest. I was surprised and delighted by the quality and taste – it was fantastic! Thanks for this great product. Will definitely re-order.

Purchased the chicken pho since I don’t eat beef. I went with cooking it on the stove instead of microwave. Boiling it made the flavors really come out! Of course, made my house smell like pho too. I’ve made it twice. Both times, I’ve added protein, my own hoisin and sriracha sauces and a ton of Thai basil. The noodles come out great. Would eat this more often although the price point per bowl is higher than what I’d normally pay for “instant” noodles. I think next time, I’d add more water and boil longer to make more broth per serving and add more noodles.
Now, for microwave, I had my niece try it. She didn’t like it cause she said the soup wasn’t flavorful enough. Would probably need to steep the sachet longer and microwave again to heat the soup back up. She did like the noodles though.
I did set this up for subscribe & save for next month. We’ll see if it’s consistent and continues to be a good pho option.

These are the best PHO to make at home that I have ran across. We order these all the time and eat them at least once a week. The flavor and quality of this product is amazing. You will not be disappointed in quality of this product.

Don’t let it overflow with water but at the same time, don’t put too little water. It will ruin the noodles.
Add thin sliced beef, as well as some other garnishes +lime juice, and you’ll have the best instant pho on the market. It’s SO good.
One of the cons is how much sodium it has, be careful.
