I am pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I was hesitant to buy refurbished but wanted a phone with more storage and a lower price than buying new. The phone came in nearly perfect condition. There were no scratches, dents, or cracks. Even by the charging port there were no scratches.. which is usually a dead giveaway that the phone was used. The only indication that this phone was refurbished is that the battery capacity is at 95%, which is above the guaranteed 90% for a renewed premium phone. Overall I am happy with my purchase and will considered premium refurbished again for my next phone.

I received my phone and have been using it for a few days now. And I must say I’m absolutely in love with it , it came looking brand new no scratches, the battery was at 95% and the color was so pretty. I have no issues with the speakers the sound is clear and amazing no issues with the touch screen …I would buy this item again ..I will do an updated review in a few weeks 😀 but as now it’s just perfect

El producto esta prácticamente nuevo, sin rayones y funciona completamente, tanto cámaras, pantalla, FaceID, vibración y todas las funciones del teléfono se desenvuelven de maravilla, la única observación es que la baterÃa me llego en un 100% y se ha ido degradando relativamente rápido, ya que en 2 semanas de uso a bajado a 96%, pero el funcionamiento del teléfono no se ha visto afectado, ya que la pila dura prácticamente lo mismo desde el dÃa 1. También cabe resaltar que mi dispositivo vino con todas sus piezas originales, ya que todas cuentan con su numero de serie y código de identificación, asà que no pudiera estar mas satisfecho

My son was so disappointed. He got the phone for Christmas and the phone would not connect to our carrier. After an hour on the phone with tech support and then another hour in the carrier store today, we found out that the phone was not carrier locked, but that the IMEI was “insurance locked” and that it either had a claim or was reported as lost or stolen and therefore the phone was blocked from being activated. I expected more from a “Premium Renewed” product from Amazon. I didn’t purchase a used phone off the street corner. Not sure I’ll go down the refub path again after this experience. I wrongly assumed that Amazon would clear any such issues as part of their refurbishing process. Thank goodness for a good return process. The phone is already in route back to Amazon for a refund. I will say the phone looked good and seemed to be in good condition before trying to activate it….buyer beware.

This was exactly what I expected from Renewed Premium as I had seen the good reviews before deciding to get a semi-new phone.
Came with a generic 5V/2.4A charger and cable. I appreciated the wire, as OEM ones tend to break and connectors get burnt.
Didn’t care much for the power adapter as I have like 3 more Apple 5V/1A charging bricks for overnight charging, however having a higher Amps one is useful as this phone has a pretty hefty battery vs the older iPhones (almost twice the mAh capacity).
I recommend getting a separate USB-C charging cable if you want fast charging capability. Hopefully from a reputable brand as it’s gotta handle higher currnet.

Phone in great condition except there was dust around the buttons on side. There was no instrument to remove Sim card in box..just an empty envelope.
Phone was easy to set up on AT&T network.

.I was worried about whether it would actually be unlocked. I had ordered a different phone and thankfully decided to read the reviews more thoroughly and saw everyone saying it was locked so I cancelled it and ordered this one. No issues! I was immediately able to get it turned on with straight talk within 10 minutes of opening it. Wish it came with an actual apple certificates charger and charger block, but that’s a personal preference and the charger works perfectly fine. 5 stars!

I’m actually very happy to say that this was really pretty easy to transfer all the information from the old phone. Much better than way back years ago. I was all set to be stressed out and it was kind of a breeze. Thank God. I’m very pleased. I’ve only had it for a short time, so I’m not sure how the battery life is but it seems to be working fine and has a very clear picture. happy happy Customer.
