I’m very pleased with the quality of this yellow pepper powder. It has nice heat and flavor, I use it for soups, stews, bean puddings and scrambled eggs.

The yellow habanero powder is great, cones in hand if you don’t have fresh hot peppers in hand. I used it in addition with other seasonings in fish; sorry I ate it before a picture was taken.

I only had to take a sniff of this when I opened the package and knew right away it has powerful heat! Due to that, I will be using it sparingly.

Nice flavour. Not so much heat that it overpowers other flavours. Will definitely keep on hand as a staple in my seasoning cupboard. Although not on the package, this product currently has a reliable hechsher which may be found on the website. Well done and much thanks for a great product!

Nice, fresh and original. My only recommendation is that you clearly state on the package that this is the dried version using words and pictures. The picture on the package makes one believe they will be receiving the fresh vacuum packaged version.

This is a quick way to add Habanero flavoring to any dish. This does not kick a dish into Nigerian heat for hot peppers but is spicy and very flavorful. I am not afraid to use this in any dish I want to crank the heat up a little and have a wonderful habanero flavor. I see this product as Nigerian peppers, yet friendly on those who are not accustomed to eating hot, hot foods. The Iya Foods is a Nigerian based company and is well known throughout Africa. What I like about this is I can add a couple of tablespoons of this powder and have a great taste without worrying about cutting habaneros and getting the pepper oil on my hands. I would purchase this again!
