This is a flavorful herbal tea, obviously with only one ingredient. Upon opening the bag, you’re met with a wave of lemongrass scent, which is really pleasant. The dried lemongrass itself seems to be high-quality. I enjoy drinking this as its own herbal tea, but it’s also ideal for using as an ingredient in blending your own tea – my wife likes adding some citrus to hers, for example.

I love the aroma of fresh or dried lemongrass. It smells divine. It’s a huge back since the lemongrass is so light when it’s dry. I especially love to blend it with other herbs to make a tea and to use it making my favorite Thai dishes. Makes a really good both for coconut lemongrass soup!! Packaged on 6/22 and best use date is May 2025. Comes in a resealable bag.
