Not what I wanted. I bought this to enhance the “strawberry” flavor of my protein powder smoothies. It made it taste blander than before. I cannot recommend it.

Be aware that if you are buying this, it is not powder made simply from freeze-dried strawberries. The ingredients shown in this listing are “strawberry powder” but the ingredients on the bag are “strawberry drink powder”. This is a sweet, artificial strawberry-flavored powder.
