It’s quite delicious, and I appreciate the lack of preservatives (though there’s a lot of sodium). But at what amounts to $103/pound, I won’t order again. There’s also the “organic” label, but only some of the seasoning is listed as organic. Too bad because it is yummy!

I loved the salmon jerky. Nice thin pieces that had just the right about of sweet spicy favor.

I’m someone who likes a drier, lightly flavored jerky, and this stuff is absolutely soggy with oil and then fishy smell is overpowering. I tried one piece that I picked up with my fingers and I had to wash my hands thoroughly twice to get the smell out. I think the flavor and texture would be good if it was less sweet and not so sopping wet with oil, but as is I doubt I’ll be able to eat it. Maybe I can use some paper towels and try to soak some up. Definitely not an on-the-go snack, though!

With they amount of Jerky in each bag they could have put in a candy wrapper. Too much money for too little Jerky!
