Tasteless. Not just lacking spice, they are lacking any seasonings on this batch. No salt even. The seasonings must have run out on the factory floor. I have ordered them a number of times in the past so I know how they should taste. This was a past favorite. This batch is so tasteless that it’s really hard to eat. Trying to eat them since they are so expensive I’m not willing to just throw them away, not yet. Trying to think of a way to add some flavor. They used to be quite spicy.

I was excited to receive my product. Normally i order them from the regular site and wish i would have. I received my box and i opened 3 bags out of the 12 and they all were stale and some pieces un-chewable. I didn’t send them back because i opened 3 bags and didn’t want the hassle. I also noticed that it wasn’t any air in the bags. smh

It’s not horrible; but certainly not great!!! Not much flavor; which isn’t a deal breaker for me because I like that less flavor makes it more versatile. The turning point for me is that there’s some feathers and hairs. I can overlook a few here or there because that happens with chicken, right?! But, in an industry where all you do is chicken skin, the least you can do is attempt to ensure the quality to have the least bit of feathers and hairs as possible since that would be the biggest turn off from the product. Smh. Do better Kim’s. Just please, do better.
