These came to me so hot and melted-like. Even after cooling them, they tasted like they were decomposing meat. I bought these because I can no longer get them at my corner gas station.

The flavor is awesome but the texture is weird. I have made turkey sausage and had other brands and I know it’s a softer meat but this was just weird. Definitely better cold.

I really loved these. Not to much peppery taste, the perfect amount for my taste.

Taste pretty good. Even though a little pricey. Ate the entire package in one sitting. A little greasy and skin too thick for me. I use Jack Links as a standard. Totally subjective, therefore, give ’em a try. You may enjoy.
