Try and imagine the most delicious raspberry you ever ate in your entire life….and then imagine drinking that
flavor….Ahhh…totally wonderful!
If I had to choose between eating a bunch of raspberries, or drinking this in liquid form, as expensive and
indulgent as it seems to buy this again, I look forward to making myself a drink of concentrated raspberry flavor
and savoring the moment…because this drink is more delicious than any container of raspberries I’ve ever bought.
Fresh, organic, bright pink powder…Perfectly wonderful!

Its a very small container , 4.5 Oz and costs $39, I have better choices!

This is a neat little product. It’s expensive, so I use it sparingly, but then again, a little goes a long way. It makes a wonderful mousse/whipped cream: whip some heavy cream together with some of this and some white sugar until the desired consistency is reached. (I forget the best ratios, but they’re not difficult to figure out.)
The product may clump with exposure to humidity — the fruit granules start to absorb water. So be sure to pass it through a sieve or sifter if you see clumps.
The best thing about this product, was that I used it as a part of my engagement dinner. I prepared a chocolate mousse layered with raspberry mousse (see above), and served it to my then girlfriend. Her dessert had a tiny box with a note inside buried at the bottom. She loved the dessert, but better yet, she said yes!

I add 1 scoop of this powder to smoothies and to my bowl of cream of wheat, after it’s cooked. I’ve added it to lemon glaze recipe for cakes; it has a nice tart and fresh flavor. Great to always have raspberries on hand at all times. Good investment in my opinion. Just get it!

Tastes good but doesn’t completely dissolve 🙄

This freeze dried raspberry powder is the best. The color and the taste is superb. My favorite guilty pleasure was chocolate malts but now it is raspberry malts for sure. The price can seem high but raspberries fresh or frozen are not cheap. The nutritional value is retained by freeze drying. This powder allows me to indulge in a raspberry treat anytime and reap the nutritional benefits also. I am definitely pleased with this product and will continue to purchase in the future.

I absolutely love love love the Koyah products! I travel a lot for work and have to drink my daily anti-inflammatory smoothie, and now i don’t have to travel with a blender. The raspberry powder dissolves beautifully and tastes great. Seriously, I did that thing we all did as kids with the koolaid powder and ate it by it self off my finger. So yummy!
(following is also posted on the broccoli review cause I use both for my smoothie)
I have a serious medical condition that causes high ANA levels and it results in high levels of inflammation, which means serious body aches. Sometimes these aches were so debilitating that I literally couldn’t get out of bed for days. Needless to say it sucks. I have to drink a daily smoothie to keep my inflammation down (better than pills right?) and the Koyah powers have been a total game changer! I have given the below recipe to several people and it has helped with rosecea, joint pain and overall energy. I would highly recommend it to everyone! It’s a breakfast replacement for me and also helps keep me fit!
8oz Pineapple Juice (not from concentrate)
4oz Drinkable probiotic like Sigi or Yakuit
1 scoop of Broccoli Powder
1 scoop of Spinach Powder
1 scoop of Raspberry Powder
1 scoop of Protein Powder

I’d tried the mango flavor and was pleased enough to give the raspberry a go; I’m very glad I did. So far I’ve only used it in smoothies, so I can’t attest to its performance in other applications. However, I’ve made smoothies for myself daily for almost two decades and have done so professionally, so I think I’m pretty qualified to comment on Koyah Dried Raspberries in this respect. And, really, unless they gave it away for free, I’m not sure it could be much better. The flavor is natural and strong, but not overwhelmingly so. Consistency is smooth when blended in a machine with protein/meal powders, non dairy milk, and frozen fruit. (Unless it says it’s produced specifically to be mixed manually, I assume powdered ingredients should be used in a blender.) As a shelf stable, long-lasting substitute for fresh raspberries, I’ve found the product I wanted.

Wonderful for everything. Do not use in cold milk, it will make it curdle.

Not great for ice tea due to so much pulp.
Prolly great for smoothies.
