This is exactly what I was looking for, for my ROG Ally. It paired easily and works great. The control stick and buttons are responsive. Perfect for when I hook the Ally up to the TV and play sitting on the couch.

I made this purchase for a Legends Ultimate Arcade. I wanted a controller for a few Steam games in the BYOG section of the arcade. This controller actually worked better than an X-Box controller; I must admit that could have been an operator error. Either way, it was worth the money.

This is a multi-platform wireless controller. I like that there is an actual switch on the back of the controller as opposed to having to press multiple buttons.
It kind of has a blocky feel to me. I don’t really like the rounded left joystick; it’s harder to keep grip.
The buttons light up color, X being blue, Y being yellow, A being green, and B being red.

Everything seemed good at first. Nice, lightweight, worked well, had a decent battery life. I was very pleased with it to begin with.
And then the right control stick stopped working properly. So now I can only turn in one direction. And I wasn’t being particularly rough on it or anything. It broke immediately after the return window had closed of course.
UPDATE: after I posted my initial review, customer service reached out to me and had me do a few checks to confirm the controller was indeed broken and didn’t just have some settings messed up. They then offered me a choice between a replacement and a refund. So, while it did break I did at least get my money back even though it was past the return window. So I have updated the overall satisfaction to 3 stars, because it did break, but customer service was really helpful.

Bought a second one right away for my other child. It did come with the extra Dpad-which we immediately used because the magnet doesn’t hold it well enough for an impulsive 8 year old to leave it alone. Hoping he leaves it alone now that he lost one. Otherwise is excellent for our needs as an iPad game controller.

This review is for “Kujian Wireless PC Controller” Midnight Blue version.
Pros:
-Works with every console and operating system, tried it on iOS, Android, Windows, Steam sees it as an Xbox controller, Switch, no issues at all.
-While not really important, the face buttons look really awesome when back-lit, and the rest of the controller’s RGB looks nice.
-The buttons all provide adequate travel and feedback.
-A lot of programmable buttons, including 4 back buttons (M1 to M4) provide a lot of usability.
-Vibration motors are good and responsive.
-I like the weird shape of this controller, it fits my giant meat claws quite well and my hands don’t get crampy after hours of play.
-USB-C recharging. Nowadays, this should be standard everywhere, but I still see controllers using the evil that is micro-USB.
Negatives:
-Like oh so many controllers, the D-Pad is bunk. It’s a nice addition to be able to swap between the circle-d-pad and a plus-d-pad, but the underlying buttons are mushing and feel inaccurate when playing my go-to test game of Tetris Effect. For pretty much anything that doesn’t need that kind of speed, at least what I played, it’s fine.
Considerations:
-Does not work for PlayStation or Xbox systems.
-Keep the manual so you can reference it for how to program the buttons! I looked for a PDF version and did not find one.
Notes:
-I didn’t try out the turbo feature, so no clue how well it works.
If you’re looking for a good third-part controller that works with pretty much anything, you should give this a try. As of writing, it’s $39.99 and a $5 coupon is available.

I really want to like this controller. It’s not too heavy but not cheap feeling, it fits my hands well, and the buttons are nice and clicky. All the things you’d want in a gaming controller.
However, the praise ends there.
I use this controller for casual roguelites on my computer/Steam, so it’s not getting hard use or abuse. However, I’ve had nothing but constant issues with getting a steady, consistent performance for more than 10 minutes on continual play…and sometimes it’s even less.
-The controller will randomly drop bluetooth connection.
-The controller will randomly overload on inputs, effectively freezing your inputs (ending quite a few runs as my character just mindlessly stands there and dies). Only fix for that is resetting the controller.
-I have yet to find a solution to these issues. I’ve tried changing settings on my computer, in Steam, and following the manufacturer’s suggestions for setup. It’s possible I got a lemon, and I hate that it has these issues cause it’s otherwise a good controller.
However, at this point, based on my experience with it for just over a week now, I cannot recommend this controller. I hope others have better experience than I (it does have 4 stars so others aren’t having my issues, clearly).
