To create Let’s Do Organic Non-Dairy Heavy Coconut Cream, we press fresh organic coconuts with just a little filtered water to achieve the premium taste of 30% coconut fat. A delicious indulgence, Heavy Coconut Cream is excellent in coffee, soups, sauces, desserts and more. Without guar or other additives, separation of Heavy Coconut Cream is normal. To reverse separation, place the can in a bowl of hot water. As cream warms and solids soften, stir it well to restore its smooth consistency.

Love this coconut cream! It’s thick & it’s not separated like most coconut creams. It’s delicious as a topping, tho I haven’t tried whipping it yet. And it’s excellent as a creamer in tea or coffee! Yum!

When you don’t need a large quantity you will pay more because the cost isn’t divided over 12 cans.
I only needed one can in a hurry. I was very pleased with the quality.

Did you say “KETO”? What is this HEAVY stuff mean? So, you’re on this new adventure with being fat adapted, which means that instead of your body & brain wanting sugar/carbs that turn into glucose/glycogen…you burn both sugars AND fats. So, how can this help? Well, read on…
As YOU can see in the photo…this heavy coconut cream is thick! Much thicker than the Thai coconut used only for soups…yummy there. I just pulled this out of the refrigerator and it is like loose jello before it has fully hardened. You can see the indentation still on the surface from my spoons scoop.
And in the photo you see my Saturday morning HEAVEN. There is the metal coffee drip filter which I used with a doubled coffee filter which had been rinsed with ordinary tap water to remove paper flavors…so, you see a 3 day cold brewed French Roast fine grind coffee slider that has NO BITTERNESS & IT IS NATURALLY SWEET TOO. 2 TABLE of Heavy Coconut Cream…and today stronger Vietnamese rather than Madagascar cinnamon sitting right on top of my coffee. Then, my home grown limes which I tested with a MICROPLANE wonder. This zest adds a subtle brightness to my cup of Joe! Peruvian organic cacao sits on the left glass jar…none today. On the right are salt from Maldon in the UK and a Japanese seaweed salt in which each grain seems to be “handmade” from the inland seas…magical.
But I digress!
The coconut flavor is spectacular!
In case you didn’t get it, it’s simply out of this world!
Does it taste like raw coconut? Well, actually it tastes like heavy cow’s cream which sat in a mound of fresh coconut pulp overnight. If someone didn’t tell you there’s no dairy and that there is coconut…YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY MISS IT COMPLETELY. Again, just a slight hint of coconut.
As YOU stir it…it gently evenly mixes with my cold coffee.
Recall, this keto friendly coffee has NO BITTERNESS because I brewed it without the heat which pulls out the acidic oils that are bitter! So, my coffee is deeeeee icious! Want some? I know you do.
The kiss of zested lime sits on the top of my cup as if it was a floral note…like sipping coffee on the front porch of a bungalow on the island of Bora Bora after a gentle rain left birds chirping on the still damp leaves…sipping coffee, watching the sun rise, feet up on a railing…letting the mind wander over the best Heavy Coconut Cream with lime zest, Vietnamese cinnamon and cold-brewed coffee. Heaven! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…

I had to go off of dairy – I was using at least 1/2 cup of heavy cream every day and it wasn’t good for me. I looked for a non-dairy alternative and tried many different coconut cream products, but this one is the best! It is a little pricey but worth it! I use this in my coffee every day. It comes a bit solid with some separated liquid in the can but I take it out and mix it and then you can dip into it with a spoon. It is rich and sweet without added sweeteners. I could eat it by itself. You can make whipped topping with it too. Very good brand of coconut cream.

I do a lot of vegan baking, and I used this product for years as a great substitute for dairy cream. But the quality has gone so utterly downhill that it’s not usable anymore. I can’t even describe what was in the last can, except to say that it was gray and uncharacteristically lumpy and disgusting. I tossed it. This stuff is really expensive, which added insult to injury. I’m not a big fan of Whole Foods, but their coconut cream is now by far the best deal. The others are either overpriced, hard to work with, or both.

This is good coconut cream, but I cannot justify paying $8 for a 13 Oz can. I will probably buy again, but not very often.

I have bought this product several times now. In the last two orders, ALL the cans have been dented! It hasn’t seemed to affect the product. But it made a very poor impression upon opening the boxes.

This is an excellent product, however, it will not whip into a thick blob like the picture on the can. I tried using an NO2 charger which didn’t work at all, and whipping it in a blender which didn’t make much of a difference either.

Very creamy and quality. Price has gone up too far however

At this point, I have tried pretty much the whole spectrum of natural coconut cream products available on Amazon, and strongly feel that there is nothing out there that comes even close to this one.
Certified organic, and totally natural, this also does not have the questionable guar gum additive that always leaves a funny taste residue in my mouth. This is nothing but thick, creamy, pure coconut flavor, perfect for smoothies, ice cream, or whipped cream, and also great for cooking stuff like creamy curry dishes as well! Also, unlike that which I had come to expect now and again from some coconut product brands, I have never yet had a thinner liquid filled ‘dud’ of a can with this brand, it is all top quality.
This stuff usually goes for about $4-5 a can, which is a perfectly reasonable price for such a high quality product, I have seen it jump up to as much as $12 a can sometimes however, which seems absurd. Catch it when the price is low, because it appears to fluctuate rapidly.
