I bought after reading so many positive reviews, some even saying it helps with canker sores. Sodium laurel sulphate has been shown to cause canker sores. Within days of using this for one single canker sore, my tongue has broken out with them and is in so much pain. I’ve stopped using it and am now rinsing with warm saltwater only which seems to be helping. This mouthwash was the only change in my oral hygiene as of late.

I bought this mouth wash the other day because I’m not a huge fan of flossing my teeth. I use a water pick and electric tooth brush.
I like that the taste is mild without the alcohol burn. The mint taste is pleasant. Will see how it works when I go for my check up in Jan.
My mouth feels clean after using this.
