I have been either ordering or purchasing the Lorissa’s Jalapeno Grass-fed Beef Sticks for close to 5 years now. The spiciness is just about right and the flavor is very good. The only problem I have had is that with ‘some of these’ is that they tend to be very tough to chew. I can usually tell if they are this way by if they show a bumpy or wavy texture under the wrapper. If they have a smooth appearance, they will always be very easy to chew and quite good. I’m not sure if it is the casing of the snack that is causing the toughness or not. I’ve thrown out several since they are not all that enjoyable to eat that way.

We like a drier pepperoni stick and these are so greasy they’re practically wet. Probably shouldn’t have bought so many.

These are one of my favorite grass fed jerky’s, I just wish they didn’t have sugar. They taste great, have a good consistency and are not too spicy.

I have a bunch of food sensitivities and was struggling to get protein in my diet when I had gestational diabetes during pregnancy. I found these to be an affordable option. I wasn’t a huge fan of the texture when room temperature, but really liked them when I would keep them in the refrigerator.

These are by far my favorite meat sticks. Better than chomps, better than dukes, lets not even mention those slim things. These are always tasty and always fresh and always moist, unlike other brands which always seem to me lacking in one or the other of the categories. Not much else to say, other than a great deal when theres a coupon or sale, a good deal otherwise.
