I always see fish sauce in recipes and never knew what it was- I find myself using this often in my cooking – not just for Asian dishes- adds great flavor to lots of things

Fish sauce takes asian cooking up a notch! It smells strong when your cooking, but the taste is marvelous! Try it you’ll love it!

It has a classic fish sauce taste. I have found that less is more with this product. It is affordable, of good quality and I use it in many dishes. I am no expert however, I would be hard pressed to be able to distinguish between an expensive brand and this product.

This is a good choice for recipes. The aroma and flavor are nice, though a bit weak. That’s a shame because this is definitely a cooking fish sauce rather than a condiment and it gets lost amongst other flavors unless you use enough that you have to find a places to remove salt from the dish or else you’re in for a salty night.
The squirt top is pretty neat. If you measure for recipes, it helps. If you’re adding it to pho or maybe a nuoc cham, probably also useful. However, kinda a pain for some applications.

Delicious fish sauce, I used it for a variety of dishes: braised pork and chicken, spring rolls, steamed fish and seafood, etc… The price is right and delivery is quick. Lucky fish sauce is a go!

What can I say, my best friend is Filipino, and I noticed that she seasons, almost every meal with fish sauce… So she gave me a bottle and I use it for everything even in Mexican food that I cook. It is just a good seasoning. It is delicious of course like anything else don’t overuse it doesn’t smell. It’s very versatile. And taste delicious… Give it a try
