I had purchased a bag of the mixed fruits locally. They were delicious!
When I saw the same product was available thru Subscribe &Save I thought I would sign up for a steady supply at a great discount. Well I opened the bag and was immediately disappointed. Not good, tasted nothing like the locally purchased stuff. Not sure if they’re old or stale or the product actually changed.
I will cancel the S&S order and may try another small bag to give this company one last chance.

Jackfruit is a substitute for rice or main meal in Uganda and Sri Lanka for low income families. This is nature’s gift for them. Very high in nutrition. It is vegetable or main meal when it is Young and tender. When it is ripe it’s a fruit. It is a nature’s gift which you don’t need any fertilizer unless it is commercially grown
which I found in Thailand. But this product come from two countries where it is a commonly used by low income people as nutrition which is nature’s gift to them. Try yourself and understand how good they are when it is ripped. Thanks

First time buying this item and I was pleasantly impressed. I don’t like my dried fruits too sweet and this was in that window. The only downside was a small portion of the jackfruit was over dried and a bit crunchy. Will order again

I should have paid attention to the other reviewers who warned of product inconsistency. I ordered a 1 pound bag of each kind of dried fruit this brand offered and the Papaya is absolutely worthless. It has zero…I mean absolutely no flavor whatsoever and it is so dry and crispy that it is has sharp edges that’ll scratch the roof of your mouth! I read a review from exactly one year ago where the reviewer raved about the papaya because it was “so chewy, almost too chewy” and I can 100% tell you that my bag is the exact opposite. Obviously the quality is inconsistent with this brand, so buyer beware as you cannot return food items. I am stuck with 1 pound of shoe leather! On a more positive note (and it highlights the brand’s inconsistencies, the pineapple is excellent, it’s yummy soft and chewy and SO flavorful! These bags are a gamble, and they aren’t cheap…so you’re really rolling the dice when you order this product. Good luck to you! (At least you can’t say I didn’t take the time to warn you.)

I got these because I figured I would like the pineapple & mango, but I wanted to try the jackfruit too. I like the fruit is all natural, no extra sugar, no preservatives. I never eat a whole bag in one go, just when I want I need some natural sweetness in my life. The jackfruit is a no go for me. Absolutely never buying again for myself, but my sister loved it. So she benefited. It just has a funky aftertaste I can’t describe. The pineapple was so good. And the mango is fabulous. I will gladly be buying more pineapple & mango.
