So my box o cara cara oranges arrived today and i was very excited because i love these things. Opened it up and saw that there where 11 in the box. not great by any means but hey it could have been worse. pealed the first one and on my lord was it DRY. i mean there is always a few “bad apples” in the bunch but i really hope the rest of these cara cara oranges at least have a little bit of juice in them. I will update if that is the case.
Value for money? eh not really. the price i pay for them at my home store is about a third of the cost BUT they run out often which is why i thought i would shop online. im willing to pay more for good product. This has not been that so far

I was very disappointed with the oranges that I received. They didn’t have much of a taste to them and they weren’t very juicy. I tried another one just to make sure that I didn’t get a bad orange on the first try. Same result, it’s almost like they were dry and very chewy.

The cara cara oranges arrived in a timely manner. The flavor was amazing. I received 13 oranges, all perfectly good, none had mold on them, and for the price, the value for the money was good. Would I order again, yes, though it may seem pricey for the amount of oranges you get, it is well worth it.

WOW, I am pleasantly surprised. Delicious, sweet, and juicy oranges. Delivery was very quick. My grocery store was down to the last 4 oranges so I was worried how these oranges would be. I am truly impressed with these oranges. They looked like they were just picked from the tree. I don’t know how much longer these oranges may be available so I may buy another box soon. Delivered the next day.

I was hesitant after other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I am locked down because of Covid 19 so there was no other way to order and they were on the expensive side but I had no choice. This will sound odd but I mostly need the peels to spread around the edges of the deck And the sunroom to keep skunks away! I also enjoy the fruit and this was delicious. I received 11 medium sized oranges. One of the oranges was a little squished with mold just starting on the outside but all the others were in great shape and the one I ate was terrific.

At the price, I expected quality and was willing to pay for it. What I got was old oranges that were dropped into a USPS box with no care or packaging and left to slide around and bang into each other via the partially full box during shipping. Also, the long skinny USPS box with no packaging meant that anything resting on it (all those other items shipped with it ) were resting on and squeezing the oranges on the inside. Worse yet, they didn’t even tape the end of the box properly. So as I stood at the post office, the post master could see and touch what was inside (only held by the cardboard tap in the center of the box flap) and after being shipped that way, it had warped and was partially open so its contents was shared with the postmaster and others. These were ordered May 7 and I have since learned that this California variety (which I tried to get fresh elsewhere) hasn’t been harvested in weeks because they are out of season in mid April. She’s selling old product she obtained over a month ago and its no good anymore. She has also chosen to ignore two emails spanning a weeks time. I can only assume that is because she knows full well that what she sent me was old and no good. I’m leaving one star because I can’t leave zero. If you want to avoid the grief, avoid this seller completely. I’m sure you have better things to do with your time (as I do) than dealing with very costly defective produce and a seller who takes no responsibly. I wouldn’t be leaving this negative feedback if they were honest or took responsibility for this situation.
