I didn’t like that I had to order 6 of these. (I used portion size to reflex my dislike.) I live alone and that’s too many, so I gave some to my son. Allowing us to purchase only 3, and able to choose the 3 would be perfect and give feedback as to which of their items are more popular than others.

The rice was good however the noodles were a bit chewy. I could’ve heated them longer than required. I was trying to find options for my diabetic husband and try to be healthier. Over all I would buy them again.

Just made stir fry noodles with the andwk hair pasta. You just need to know that when. You cook them there ia additional water to cook out of the noodles even after you strain them.

I love the other versions of this product, but the angel hair is not quite it. The noodles are very thin, however their thinness seems to translate to them being far harder than their more standard noodle counterparts. They also come very tightly tangled and despite trying my best to separate them throughout my cooking they just never relaxed at all. I love Miracle Noodles but I won’t be back for this variant.

There’s really nothing that I dislike about this product. They are easy to use very fast to prepare with a texture like rice noodles. They work in soups or casseroles. I also use them as spaghetti noodles because they are gluten-free and diabetic friendly. My family even likes them and they can eat anything.

This seems more hype than a good product. I opened 2 packets and have not bothered with the others. I consider it a waste of money.

If you are on a low carb diet and miss being able to have pasta they are a great alternative. A little chewy. The “rice” is more like a risotto. They have no flavor, but at least that is better than bad flavor that a lot of low carb things have. if you miss pasta these are a must,

I have had shirataki noodles before and been frustrated by the wetness and slightly bitter flavor. I tried to temper my expectations here and follow the instructions to dry them as well as I could.
I was not disappointed! I toasted the noodles at medium heat for ~10 min while I cooked other stuff and then cut them in the pan to make them even easier to eat. I have used this method a few times now and the results are pretty consistent.
They are almost entirely flavorless. While they do not absorb the flavor of your food the way tofu does, the lack of flavor means it does not interfere with whatever you made. No matter how much I toast or cook them, I cannot get the texture exactly how I want it, but that is ultimately not that big a deal, especially if you cut them before adding them to your meal.
I think they are perfect for stir fry or other foods with lots of textures and flavoring. I made these with beef, vegetables, and some sauce, and it’s amazing. Overall, if you remember these are NOT noodles, just a noodle-like alternative with almost no calories and lots of volume, you will be very satisfied.

Tasty and easy to cook up. I add chicken and veggies and makes a full meal

After researching how to make the noodles palatable and trying it out a few times, I have to say that I’m not a fan. It’s like trying to eat tasteless slugs.
Still, if you want to try, here’s what I did:
1. Thoroughly rinse noodles in clean fresh water
2. Toss in 2 tbs lemon juice and let stand for a few minutes
3. Thoroughly rinse again and drain
4, heat 1 tbs oil in pan and cook noodles, stirring constantly until they squeak when pressed. Yes, they really do squeak.
Now they are ready to enjoy with sauces and vegetables. But I still could not like them. As I said, it’s an acquired taste
