I was actually pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of this smoked salmon! I was hesitant buying fish from Amazon, but it was delicious! Perfectly smooth texture with no heavy fishy flavor. Will buy again!

This was pretty decent price compared to the other lox in the market. I found the edges of the lox to be a bit dried out though.

It’s not bad at all for the price. I love eating this with a bagel and cream cheese and always find myself wanting more. It’s very fresh and the flavor is brought even more with a little bit of seasoning to taste.

This stuff tasted pretty good, and is fairly inexpensive for what it is, although of course it is still expensive. Keep in mind that you only get 3 oz., which isn’t that much, but it’s fine for me. Only minor complaint is that it’s very difficult to separate the thin slices, so they tend to clump together and tear. You’ll need to carefully slip a very thin knife, spatula or even a cake knife between the slices.

This is amazing! I love how thin they got the slices so you can really roll this however you want for cool texture and plating. The flavor is very mild and clean. I am very impressed. I hope they restock this again soon! It’s not seasoned like others so you can finish with your own flavor. Well done Amazon Fresh! 🙂
