These work well for their intended purpose, and they stay put, which I haven’t found with other, similar products. They have helped shorten the timeline of blemishes and do a good job of drawing out the impurity.

This is overall a great product and I’ll keep using it if I can’t find something better. The patches definitely absorb excess oil from your skin & you can see it do so but I’ve found that it works better if you only very slightly pop your zit first & then put the patch on so it can more easily absorb the puss. If you don’t pop the zit before the patch, it works still just pretty slowly & I’ve felt the need to switch the patch out after a whole day of use because my acne didn’t completely vanish.

So I’ve never used an acne patch before but I had a large stubborn pimple that wouldn’t go away so I decided to try these. The packaging was fine and it arrived quickly. I did notice a few reviews saying it didn’t help their cystic acne, but it states on the box that it is not for that so you can’t blame neutrogena.
I cleaned the area with toner after my shower and placed one on the large pimple and one on a painful smaller one I could feel coming in. I slept with them on no problem, I forgot they were there. It does show a picture on the box the size of the blemish its designed for this is in one of the pictures, so the larger one I had exceeded the recommended size. When I woke up the next morning I used my fingernail to grasp an edge and pulled level towards my ear rather then straight away from the face, the box does give directions. When I looked the larger one was slightly smaller and the other one was almost gone except for a small red dot as you can see the smaller one in the collage of pictures (the top is before and the bottom is after).
I did read reviews stating it helps to pop it before placing the patch but I didn’t need to do this. I personally would not wear these out of the house as they are noticeable even on my light skin tone. I don’t wear makeup so I can’t say if that would help. I can say the redness and swelling were brought down a lot over night for the smaller one I had, but not much happened on the other. The last picture is of the patch itself so you get an idea of the size. It stuck no problem over night and was easy to remove. Bottom line I would buy again for smaller blemishes.

I’m not sure if this product has changed or something, but the last package that I ordered leaves marks on my skin where the patch was 🙁 i have fairly sensitive skin and it’s hard to find patches that work for me. With how expensive these are, it’s definitely not worth it in my opinion.
Other notes: they stay on pretty well (stable), and the absorbency is comparable to other brands. They do not come in different sizes, and the patch is on the bigger size compared to the sizes that other brands offer. The plastic sheet has little tears that let you peel the sticker off without folding it.

Use at night as instructed. Notice a difference in morning. Sometimes use for more than one night. Depending on what comes up.

I got used to some bumps being ”just there” on my neck, because of shaving. I didn’t have any positive expectations of this product reducing their appearance. There was a huge difference on the second day, they’re all gone now.
