I was pleasantly surprised at the good flavor. I purchased it for Vietnamese coffee brewing but it’s not really strong enough but it is very good for drip brewing.

For coffee lovers, I really like this coffee. It has great flavor it’s not too powerful and yet it’s not too weak. I really like the taste of this coffee

My boyfriend, my mom, and I all really like vietnamese coffee, and we were first inteoduced to it a few years back at BocoPop in Liberty Lake, WA — a boba shop. This gives you so much good energy to get anything you need done, and its super simple to make at home. I would reccomend also purchasing Nguyen Coffee Supply’s 12 oz Phin Filter for the best taste and adding a bit of condensed milk after brewing gives it a really authentic boba shop taste. Would highly reccomend to anyone who loves coffee — keep in mind this does have a slightly sweeter, nuttier taste than your average coffee though.

This coffee is a life changer. I gave up on coffee a year ago because the acid in it was making me miserable and was giving me a sour stomach, acid reflux, and even headaches. I don’t know why so many of my fellow Americans think that for a coffee roast to be strong, it must be able to strip paint off of wood and metal. Everything on the market was either too dark and over-burned or as weak as dishwater. Serendipitously, I saw a video about Vietnamese coffee and how it’s roasted and thought I’d take a chance because I really missed coffee, especially iced coffee in the summer. This roaster (Nguyen) and, more specifically, this blend/roast (Loyalty) is superb. It’s strong but very smooth and not acidic at all. It is, in my opinion, how coffee is meant to be. I can’t recommend it enough, especially if you’re having problems with acidity. It’s not the cheapest coffee out there so if you’re the kind of person who drinks ten cups a day, this might be a budget-breaker (on the other hand, if you drink that much coffee, you might need a low-acid coffee more than anyone else) but for someone like me, who drinks coffee less frequently, it’s totally worth the expenditure. Moreover, I like supporting smaller, local businesses when possible so I don’t mind paying a little more and prefer giving my money to them than to the coffee kings of Seattle.

Mysteriously, the first of three bags that I bought was already ground (trust me, I’d have noticed if what I was spooning into my Coffee Gator was whole beans…), and excellent; the other two, I gave away to a neighbor with a grinder. However, what I got to enjoy, the coffee flavor was excellent regardless, thus the high-star review.

I accidentally ordered the grounded bag, but it was a happy accident because that’s one less step. The flavor is good! Well packaged too. I recommend this brand!

If I wanted whole beans I’d order whole beans.. I ordered ground coffee and I get whole beans.. WHY WHY WHY…. so the coffee is fabulous but please send what I order
