This is the worst phone I have ever had. Bought this phone for my son and I and they have been slow and not compatible with anything. The phone doesn’t even connect to the Wi-Fi in my home. Trash…….don’t waste your money. I’m bout to return both of those stupid phones. Frustrated much!

Just for so slow it’s unbelievably slow put a couple apps on it and overloads the phone and nothing works. Everything goes to a crawl. Don’t waste your money on this one.

I ordered this phone in October and it said the phone comes unlocked. I tried to put my SIM card and it prompted me for the pin to to unlock the SIM card. I tried everything, even buying new SIM cards just to get the pin numbers off the SIM card casing, and I called the phone company almost every day and they gave me the usual pins to unlock the SIM card. But nothing worked, so I put my SIM card in my OnePlus Nord and it worked. It turns out that this phone did not come unlocked. The phone it self is beautiful and it works it just wasn’t unlocked.
