About four in five times these dried peaches are delicious soft in texture and full of flavor. About one bag in five is tough leathery and lack flavor. Despite this I have continued to buy the product which tells you how good it is when it is good.

While I’m still not a fan of these dried pears as they are not dried enough for my liking and have a weird taste. The seller did contact me and issued a refund which is appreciated since Amazon was not allowing me to return them.

I got some thin crispy dried pears at a restaurant and loved them so decided to find some on Amazon. These looked similar to what I had in the pictures, but the actual product are big chunks of pear that are not very dried at all. In fact they are quite thick and “juicy” or something. Not what I was looking for in dried pears at all. To add insult to injury Amazon will not allow me to return them even though the package was never opened. I can tell from the clear part this is not what I wanted. Won’t be ordering any other food items from Amazon.

Prunes were fresh with fairly good taste but they were a bit on the small side.

Typically these dried peaches are the best found in the dried fruit market–soft, chewy, and with a remarkable texture not found in any other product. They are my go-to snack. This current one pound batch is nothing like this. It’s obvious a different variety of peach was used in the recipe. This product is of a lighter color. It’s slimy to taste, the skin is nearly unchewable and difficult to swallow. And it certainly lacks that sought out texture. A most major disappointment! I’m sending it back (hopefully the five lbs I’m due to receive this Saturday is not more of the same).
