These have a really good consistency when cooked. I use them as ramen noodle substitute because I eat gluten free.

This was my favorite rice noodle as it is hard to find organic rice noodles. They changed the noodles recently – they seem to yield less noodles cooked and they are round now vs flat. We used to use two pack as for a dish – we use three now and it still seems not enough for two people. I haven’t weighed it but I hope we are getting the same weight. Not sure what happened but bring back the old one.

I bought some of these at the grocery store to give them a try. I have previously bought the same product when it was made with just rice and loved it as I could finally have ramen again! I bought several packs at a time when I was buying them previously. I saw the noodles looked different, so I checked the ingredients list. It had changed to include tapioca. Decided to see how they were with the new recipe and it was at best meh. These fell apart quickly and just didn’t hold up well at all. The old recipe held up much longer and better in soup than these could have ever hoped to, and I didn’t mind spending a little extra on the old recipe ones. These new ones I left a package in the box. The old ones, 1 box would last a meal because they were so delicious in the broth. I likely won’t buy these again unless the recipe goes back to the rice only one.

I would never pay full price. I like that is organic, rice should be, since there are arsenic toxins. It tastes good, just do not over cook! ( easy to do.)

Disgusting! I am aware of how to cook rice noodles. I normally let them sit in boiled hot water in a bowl. But this was a gooey mess! I thought I may have let them sit for too long, but the second noodles were a mix of gooey and hard. What is wrong with these noodles!? Was I suppose to boil them? But I think they would be even worst and more overcooked! There was no saving these and I threw them out (as well as the rest of the box) and went with either the rice noodles from the Asian store, or the mama instant ones. Anyone of them are just fine! These however i am not sure what these were. To be clear the ones I tried were the “ramen” ones, I won’t bother trying the others as from this brand as it’s not worth wasting more $…

Good, but really sticky. Needs a little lube to separate the noodles.

Perfect for Pho; my Pho recipe stated dip the noodles in boiling hot water for 10-20 seconds and the noodles turned out great, not sticky. I’ve made a 2nd purchase and will continue to use them.

I bought these for my husband for his low sodium diet as opposed to ramen noodles. He seasons with alternative low sodium seasonings.
