The device write up said this was an unlocked device. It is not. It is a T-Mobile phone that is still under their control (presumably). Their apps can not be removed at this point and I can’t connect to my preferred network. Going to visit the local T-Mobile store to see what they can do. If they can’t fully unlock it, the phone is getting returned.

Not recommended for mobile gamers, refurbished batteries are short-lived, and Qualcomm 888 processor drain battery hotter and faster. Good as it self just for phone call and light-duty tasks. I got mine with scratches all over the back and it states as excellent condition.

Great phone at a very fair price. Came in mint condition. Couldn’t find a single scratch on it. I was a little worried about battery life but seems to be pretty good. Perfect phone for my wife.

For the price, you are buying an upper mid range phone. It is not quite a flagship, but it’s performance is up there with the best. So far my experience is good.
Positive:
1. Screen is great.
2. Wide camara is insanely good.
3. Performance is flagship like.
Negatives:
1. Battery charging time is NOT as advertised.
2. No battery in the box, meaning, you’ll have to buy it from oneplus website (at least 50$ more)
3. Regular camera is not that great, S21 is miles better, for example, at a similar price range.
Neutral:
1. Battery life is OK, nothing TOO crazy.
Keep in mind:
You are buying in a special range, it’s not the flag ship experience but it’s not a flag ship price. It’s almost a great value, depending on what you prioritize.

I accidentally washed my phone with my laundry and thought for sure that it was a goner. Nope! Not a single problem!!
I had a OnePlus 7pro and the rear camera stopped working. I didn’t want to get locked into a contract again and I wanted to be able to return the phone if it was defective so I came on Amazon and found this. I didn’t need anything new and it was within my budget. It’s been a week and I’m still happy with this. I’ve had 0 problems setting it up. The battery lasts all day. My only problem was the charging cord didn’t charge but Amazon required me to return the phone for a refund rather than just replacing the cord. I didn’t bother since I already had a cord I can use.

Phone was in like-new condition. No scratches or micro-abrasions, anywhere. One reviewer said that his had modified firmware that included restricted admin rights to the phone (apparently it was a corporate phone at some point). Mine was clean, just the OnePlus 9 5G firmware. Battery seemed to be in good shape as well. I’ve bought and sold phones on eBay and my last was a Samsung S22 Ultra. I always buy last year’s flagships at half the original price and this phone was no different. The Samsung’s previous owner reported that it was in “like-new” condition but when it showed up it had two small scratches in the center of the screen, not exactly like-new.. The benefit of buying here on Amazon is their easy 30-day return policy and I believe that this vendor goes a step further and extends the return window to 90 days, nice! I’ve seen reports that this phone’s battery doesn’t last the longest and that it can get hot during extended use, we’ll see; again, the benefit of the return policy allows us time to test-drive it. The phone included a generic fast-charger (60W) and a USB-C cable and that was about it – I couldn’t find a SIM ejection tool so you’ll have to supply your own or use a paperclip. All tolled, it’s an EXCELLENT value for what was a flagship phone! Highly recommended!

More than a year and I’m still using it, some times faced an issue with grade, I dont know it was the phone or Tmobile service, anyways I like the price vs the phone and the camera is great , battary is normal for 60% daily usage if you want more you have to charge it twice

Received the phone in excellent condition. Transferring files was easy. As I expected from reading other reviews, there was no protective case and the charger wasn’t the original. I bought a charger clone and case here on Amazon and I’m very pleased.

Amazing camera. Great phone. However, completely unusable b/c for some reason this specific model has a serious OS issue that cannot be fixed. The operating system of the phone takes up nearly the entire storage space 120 out 128. Only reason I’m writing this review is so people don’t endup in the same situation. This is not an issue you will find in reviews unless you specifically start searching on how to resolve the issue. There’s no way to add storage in this model either. Too bad… it’s otherwise a great device.

I am overly satisfied by my latest acquisition: a ‘One Plus 9 Pro 5G’ cellphone. I am aware that some gurus out there there may want the features of a US$1,000.00 cellphone, but for those who are regular humans with regular use of a cellphone this one is a jewel.
This cellphone has features that I do not need such as a screen that refreshes at 120 Mhz. I do not play electronic games, but it is a pleasure to see screens flying from one task to another.
I want to mention the good guys who sold it to me. They are as good as the ‘One Plus 9 Pro 5G.’ Those guys and the cellphone are Top Notch.
