Received quickly, in like-new condition, and everything I’ve tried has worked as it is supposed to. It does turn on with a T-Mobile logo, as stated by other reviewers. However, if you then check the phone internal information, you will find that it is actually unlocked, and it worked perfectly with my Mint sim. Overall, very pleased.

I had an older version of this phone and wanted to upgrade. It’s fine for the price. The camera surprised me at how good the pics came out. However they are fuzzy I’d you try to zoom in

This phone handles a dozen or so open apps with no problems, even a game or 2 thrown in. Tons of storage as well, camera quality is good, not mind blowing. I couldn’t tell this was not a new device, the refurbishment was great. Compared to the n200(Metro), I prefer the n200 oxygen os mostly due to the more distinct feel and the privacy PIN being separate from the phone lock PIN.

Very happy with the Nord. It’s a fast phone and I love the OnePlus OS. Phone isn’t loaded with all the junk apps that come on most phones. My biggest disappointment is the camera. For the MP it is, the quality is pretty low. Good for me since I don’t take many pictures, but if you’re looking for a great camera, skip this phone. Battery life is good, I can go about a day and a half on medium to heavy usage. I messed up and bought the T-Mobile/Metro verison but to my surprise, it’s worked flawlessly with Verizon. Fingerprint sensor sometimes doesn’t recognize right away and it takes a few tries to recognize. All in all, I would highly recommend the Nord for someone looking for a budget phone.

I don’t game but I had no issue with using the phone for normal things like surfing the web, watching videos. etc. Websurfing was generally fine. I did try to order something from panera through the website and the screen wouldn’t read some of my touches on the site. A bit of a weird bug as this didn’t happen with other sites I used. I ended up downloading the panera app to get around this issue.
This is also the tmobile variant so there is going to be a few tmobile installed apps. I personally prefer a clean android experience but it might not be a deal breaker for you.
This is a budget device so it only received one major update to android 11 and security updates already ended Jan 23. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue with custom roms but the custom rom scene for this device isn’t great and there’s nothing up to date when looking at its xda page.
I watch a lot of videos on my phone in the dark and there’s a very noticeable light bleed from the back panel around the front camera when watching videos.
The device looked new with zero scratches on the screen. Don’t expect a warp charger. If you’re lucky you might get one but with it being a renewed device, the seller just sends whatever cheapo usb c charger they have on hand.
Overall, it’s hard to recommend this phone in late 2023. If you don’t care about the cons I listed, then it might work for you.

I bought this phone to replace my daughter’s phone. It works perfectly and was in great shape.
Disappointed –
I bought the phone went back home it said unlocked when I went home to use it in my country it’s locked and it’s a arm and a leg to get it open and I brought it back to the states to get it unlocked and it’s a arm and a let too I just wasted my money

This phone was described as renewed by Amazon, but the one I received might as well have been brand new. The N10 is marketed as a low-end phone, but has sufficient CPU and RAM to run pretty much any app out there, and has the features not found on high-end phones these days (SD card, headphone jack). And I’ve been enjoying reliable 5G speed while watching AT&T and Verizon struggle to get their implementation online. 🙂 The battery life has been great, and the charging speed amazing.
All in all, nothing bad to say about this phone.

This Amazon “renewed” OnePlus N10 5G phone works and looks perfect!
I already have 1 but this “renewed” pone was at a price I couldn’t resist!
I installed a cloud “backup” from my existing OnePlus N10 5G and this “renewed” phone installed everything so that both OnePlus N10 5G phones look & work identically wth the same apps on both.

This is my 3rd phone I have ordered from this vendor and it seems they are lacking in the quality control area. The first phone I received from them had two cracked in the upper right corner of screen. I was good to go for a refund except I need a phone for work and had to purchase the 2nd phone while I waited for the refund to go back on my card. So shipped my first phone and ordered same phone same vendor. 2nd phone gets lost in the mail because zip code was incorrect. So now I have 2 phones that I ordered and had to get refunded. Third time is a charm right? Nope not with this vendor. Ordered another phone from them 2 day delivery which was on time. Open the box up and phone looks brand new and I’m excited because I’ve been without a phone for 3 weeks and the boss hasn’t been happy with me. I pop open the sim card tray and there’s already a sim card in it from Verizon. I replaced it with my sim card from Qlink. Which I know should work because it worked with the first phone. The phone is not network unlocked. It is locked to Verizon. 3 phones and every one has had to be returned. Be very aware when ordering from this vendor that they aren’t checking the phones they are shipping out.
