I see some good reviews and some bad ones. My first bag of the strawberries is excellent. Texture is perfect – not too sticky or gummy – not too dried out. Flavor is good. I see no signs of contaminants or mold or anything. I hope all the bags are this good.

Dried, yet still moist enough to be tender and easy to chew

Love the taste of these, both sweet and tart. Fresh and good quality. The only downside is that they are pretty pricey but worth it.

These are the best dried strawberries available texture wise, and I think it has to do with the way they are gently dehydrated. The texture is soft, which I like, and moist enough that it can also dissolve in your mouth without getting stuck in your teeth. You can add them to trail mix, cookies, oatmeal (all though I like freeze dried for oatmeal) or have them plain. The flavor is very strawberry, and I like that strawberries are actually the first ingredient as opposed to having the filler be the first ingredient which I often notice. The bag also lasts a while because you are getting 18 ounces. This is in rotation at our place for dried fruit options.

I have tried four brands of organic figs available on Amazon, and these are the best. They are the most reliably sweet. The figs all look good- no mold or bad spots. I haven’t got a sour one or a bad one yet. I can’t say the same for other brands. Happy Village is the best. The outer appearance, color, and size of the figs are consistent. The only complaint for some might be that they are too sweet! They are almost like candy. For those that are wondering, here is my ranking of the brands I’ve tried. First place: Happy Village Organic Figs. Second place: Made in Nature Organic Figs. Tie for last place (don’t bother with these): Sunny Fruit Organic Figs and Terra Soul Superfoods Organic Figs.
