We get lemons regularly and these are hit or miss. Sometimes they are perfect and great, other times they are soaking wet like they’ve been sprayed with water and then packed in the bag. We have had that happen twice and I dried it off the first time, and then there were soft and moldy ones, but the second time we got it they were covered in those dark brown spots, which I would never have selected as a shopper. I’m wondering if they are washing the lemons off, and this should not be happening because it decreases shelf life for the produce. I contacted customer service and got a refund but it’s not the greatest to have to do that because we wanted the lemons to use for the week. This is supposed to be a convenience to be able to shop online, but I hate having to hesitate when I shop whether it will be worth my time and effort as a working parent, and no time to spare, this wastes my time and makes it tough to make lemonade out of the bad lemons.
