I’ll start by saying that I love this product. Tasty, convenient, organic. But honestly three months ago on November 10, I bought a 3 pound package for $14.61. And they deserved a five star rating then. But now they want more than $23 for the same product What the holy heck? What possible justification can you have for jacking the price up almost $10 more? Unconscionable. They’re good, but they’re not that good. I will not buy them at this price. I’ll give them one star but that’s only because they don’t give me the option to give them zero stars. Price gouging.

2 of the 3 bags were well sealed, vacuum still intact. The third was open and leaking in the box. And it’s pretty messy when beet juice leaks! Small disaster. That bag stayed in the box and promptly went outside. I don’t think this is the best way to buy beets. But the beets were good.

I was raised on beets and love them….except for cleaning, peeling, and cooking them. I discovered these beets at BJs, now sold at Publix, but the best value at Amazon. For a great, healthy salad, all you need is a couple of the organic beets and a Green Giant can of 3-Bean Salad…..no additional juice is even needed. It’s one of my favorites….tastes almost like what Mama used to make but with minimal effort.

I received the first order – they were just fine. I have tried to order a second and third time, and each time, the order is lost or they say they were damaged in shipment. I am now very hesitant to try to order these again. It is very disappointing. I thought they were a good product, something must be happening on the seller end.
