Considering I am allergic to eggs, and know what the real thing tastes like, I can easily fool myself into believing they are eggs. It works. I add cheese, and seasonings like Epicure creamy dill seasoning and Bruschetta seasoning, fry up some bacon and hash browns to have with it, and I have a great breakfast/lunch. Yes, eat it while it is hot. It makes a lot. My MAIN complaint is the fine print on the package is VERY HARD TO READ.

My 2 year old granddaughter is allergic to eggs and this is a good substitute for her. I use heavy cream and butter so it’s not really vegan when I make it but it is actually delicious!

i love this product. going vegan was hard and still is. changing my diet because of health issues is not easy. however when you can get products like this that are better for you, taste great, and easy to make it helps to keep on track with the diet. overall i am very satisfied about this egg supplement.
only problem i found was there is no directions or mixture ratio? so i made mine a bit thick the first time. but in time i can figure it out. in the future you should add that to your box since its expensive already to try to guess and waist a lot of it to do so . thanks!

I’ve made this a few times now and no matter what, it is mushy. It’s like it never fully cooks. I had high hopes for it, but am very disappointed.

This stuff is just awful. It is quite grainy, the taste is awful. Tastes nothing like eggs

I fix mine like an omelet as the taste is very bland. But it is very good egg substitute

I tried a vegan egg mix before, but this one is better. I like the taste better, and believe it or not, this one is cheaper! The first time I made this, I followed the directions on the package: measure the powder by weight (in grams, no less!)—after the conversion, I weighed it on my (not accurate enough) scale, and spilled powder all over. After mixing everything together, I poured it in the pan, and started gently pulling the eggs across the pan, and pulling, and pulling… They started to stick to the pan, but wouldn’t set. Then I took them out and put them in the microwave to finish cooking. That worked. The second time I made them, I poured approximately one fifth of the bag into a bowl, whisked in water and milk until the consistency was right, added a little vegan margarine and vegan cheese, turmeric, dill weed, and curry, and then cooked it in the microwave.
I would cook it for a minute at a time, then scrape the sides of the bowl with a spoon into the middle; towards the end I would do 30 seconds between stirrings. Done! Delicious! Nutrious! No soy, no animal protein, no gluten! I’m sold!

Didn’t realize this wasn’t powdered eggs. Tastes like some chemical. The pancakes were rubber and didn’t rise. The coffee cake not only tasted like chemical but the smell filled the house. I’m thankful it was a small box because I threw it and the kind for frying (unopened) away.

So let me preface by saying that I’m not vegan so I don’t hace a vast plethora of experience with this veggie based nonsense. However, I DO have a pretty nasty (newly developed) egg allergy…..and dang did I miss omelettes! This stuff is amazing. Granted the texture and taste isn’t an egg nor will it ever will be but it’s close enough! (Think military or school lunch style eggs). Add some hot sauce and tear these bad boys UP! YUM. I’m not sure about the “surfer smell” that others complained of, yes it has a very mild odor before mixing but I had to literally put my nose in the bag to smell it.
Also, I noticed that it was indeed my milkshake and not my fake eggs that brought all the boys to the yard. So prepare for that as needed.
#OmnivoreApproved!
Side note, this is clearly not an American product so be familiar with milliliters and grams for the preparation and use medium heat! It looks like pancake batter and cooks like it too.

I’m not vegan, but I have an egg allergy and I really miss eggs. I’ve been making these for years and they aren’t bad. I cook them like an omelette but instead of flipping for the 2nd side, I chop it up with the spatula in the pan and cook a bit longer, having them like scrambled eggs. Don’t listen to people saying they are bland, that’s silly, just throw in some spices and they are delicious and very eggy tasting. I use the special black mineral salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and paprika. Wonderful flavor. The texture is a bit like undercooked eggs however, yes they are a bit mushy. If you eat them while they are hot, like immediately off the pan hot, don’t wait, they are great and texture is fine! If you wait even 5-10 minutes they are gross. Unsure why cooling down makes them mushier but that’s my advice!
