Shipping was excellent, flavor and texture great. I bake my fish covered with herbs and it is delicious.

First of all I have to say the packaging was just fantastic! I was impressed from that minute and hoping the fish would be good. Almost no smell to it. I’m so sick of getting fish at the fish market that smells bad! This was perfect! The pieces were thick and meaty & they cooked up beautifully. One of the best pieces of salmon I’ve ever had! I don’t know if ocean farming is a lot different than regular fish farming. I don’t know enough about it but all I can say is this fish tastes and smells fantastic!
