I also purchased a different brand that includes hydrogen peroxide in its mouthwash ingredients. Their mouthwash feels like a million tiny razor blades on my gums. And I’m not sure that long-term, oral use of hydrogen peroxide is a good thing.
This Paradontax is much easier to use.
Maintaining oral hygiene is not my favorite thing. But I just flossed, brushed, there was no blood. Then I swished the mouthwash. Sometimes I remember to swish twice a day, as the instructions say. It all cuts into my sleep time. Hard to persevere.
By the way, the mint flavor is not overwhelming. It’s ok.

Pros:
My gums feel healthier
When I use this product before I go to bed and wear my retainer at night, I don’t wake up with as bad of breath.
It doesn’t burn or cause pain. It is easy to swish around in your mouth for the full 30 seconds.
Cons:
For about 30 minutes to an hour after I use this product, my tongue feels somewhat numb and food doesn’t quite taste right!
Definitely give yourself at least an hour before you drink your morning coffee!

This is the best mouthwash that I have ever tried. It’s clean it’s fresh it’s effective. In fact it cleans so good, you feel like you’ve brushed your teeth. The taste is so good, of course I don’t swallow it. I highly recommend you given it a try

This is somewhat expensive but gums improved after use over other mouthwashes, peroxide or salt water.
