This soup broth is a quick and easy way to make some pho and it isnt bad at all. It came with a really nice spoon that I found pretty cool. The broth its self is a little too salty for me and has too much of a certain spice ( i think its cinnamon or maybe basil) that is a little odd for me because its different from pho that i normally eat/make. Also it would be nice if this mix came with some sort of oil or fat to add in the soup as it felt that was was missing that ingredient. I still found the soup enjoyable and it really came in handy when I was tired and wanted a quick meal before passing out on my bed.

This pho base is really good! It was very savory and flavorful, and does not taste like the cheap packet broth I’ve had in the past. Obviously works best for beef pho; I used brisket cuts and it turned out great! The included soup spoon is stainless steel. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to make their own pho without having to go through the hassle of making broth from scratch.
