I love this soup.

This is the best by far vegetarian Pho soup I have ever had! It has a more of lemongrass taste with a little spice. I had originally gotten this at my local target but now only carry the meat based ones. This one I could eat every day!

UPDATE: It’s been a couple of years and this is still the best gluten-free version of noodles out there, IMO. I have to say that the beef flavor has a sweet taste that I don’t love, but the chicken & vegetable versions are still pretty good, esp with some leftover cooked chicken & veggies thrown in. I also like to add a drop of sesame oil for a different twist. I wish they came with the little chili oil that some other brands have but those brands can have hidden wheat products if you’re not careful to look.
But please, Pho’nomenal, can you keep these in stock? I used to have these on my subscribe & save list but now it seems they’re out of one or all of the flavors most of the time. Pretty disappointing there. At least the price hasn’t been raised too much, which is really appreciated (esp compared to other brands).
I’ve really struggled with finding good tasting and convenient gluten-free food, and I’ve really missed noodle soups. So many of them just taste like chemicals and I don’t usually have time to make my own at home (and it never seems to taste as good). These Pho bowls absolutely hit the spot, are easy to fix and aren’t filled with a bunch of unpronounceable ingredients. I love that I can add protein or veggies of my choice to make it a light meal or throw one in my bag for an easy but filling lunch at work. So happy I found these!!!

Its not quite as good as a retraurant would make, but its the best instant Pho I have tried so far. Big bowls and enough noodles to fill it. Most skimp on noodles, but not this brand. Despite being rice noodles, you feel full after eating the whole thing.
On my 3rd case, and plan to buy many more as long as they keep the price reasonable. (after all, its just rice noodles and powder with a few dried onions)
The only drawback is that its a bit too salty for my taste. I only use about 80% of the powder and that seems just right without making it tasteless. Easily fixed and not worth knocking the rating down imo.
EDIT: price has jumped from 15ish to 20$. Not really a good deal anymore for what is essentially rice noodles, flavor dust, and some dried green onions. Knocked a star off the rating for the huge jump in price.
I’ll be looking for alternatives that are priced more in line with value. Not worth the price hike imo.

This is a great product to keep at work or at home for a snack. The flavor is really good, but the ease of it is what I like most about the product. I usually add extra things to mine to make it better, but in a pinch its good just the way it comes.

A friend gave me a few and oh! My it was so good. A little spicy than Im used to but it tasted so good. The rice noodles are great

Rice noodles are good compared to Ramen, probably better for you, add chopped green onions and a boiled egg and then you have a meal

My wife and daughter have Celiac disease. Basically, it’s like a gluten allergy. (It’s not an allergy; it’s an autoimmune disease but allergy is easier to explain.) So they can’t eat wheat, among other things.
We found these pho bowls at Costco and everyone liked them. Then Costco stopped carrying them (in favor of another brand which is nowhere near as good). Because they are so limited in what they can eat — especially in easy-to-prepare foods — these were important to have around for the times when a quick meal is needed. The rest of us can slap together a sandwich or a grilled cheese or throw some nuggets in the microwave; those either aren’t options for celiacs or they aren’t very satisfying ones.
So I chased down the manufacturer’s website which linked to Amazon as a purchasing option.
I’ll admit — they’re not cheap. Your standard college dorm cup noodles is $0.25-$0.50 each; these are over $3. But that’s part of the cost of having celiac — everything gluten free is more expensive. So we bit the bullet and bought them. And we will continue doing so.
If you have celiac disease, you should check these out. If not, they’re still just as tasty. Highly recommended all around.
