This is a great snack for you to keep at your bedside. Well, that’s what I did. Instead of ice cream, I would grab a hand full of nuts. Not too much salt and a they’re fresh and delicious. If you love nuts, grab some of these.

Pistachios are those nuts that are among the healthiest along with almonds and walnuts. They are also the most tasty and do not dislodge my dental work, and crowns and are easy to chew.
Delicious and better for you than the other go-to salty snacks out there with protein and good fats as well.

I get this item monthly in my subscribe and save items. The Pistachio Lovers Nut Mix with Pistachios, Almonds and Cashews contains all of my favorite nuts. They are great for snacks. This nut combination is both healthy and nutritious. Better to snack on these for fiber, protein, and vitamins than sugary snacks, especially if you are on a diet.
