I used it to make ramen. I was shocked that it really tasted good. I would purchase this again.

This reminded me the base broth of the street noodle vendor in Yuen Long bus terminal, Hong Kong. Every bit of aroma and taste is heavenly

I’m so very happy that this product arrived! This made my pho noodle taste so much better with a kick of spice. I love it. Has been in the family for generations. Very good deal for the 2 jars. I opened one up and it was full and worth the money!

Love it, comes in a bubble wrap to protect it from being broken.

Great product …. taste like PHO soup with this base. But wish it didn’t have a grainy texture.

This is a good substitute for actually being able to go for some Pho at our local restaurant. It has good beef flavor but I find it lacking in star anise flavor. I’m going to try adding some anise and see if I can get closer to what Pho actually tastes like here. It is easy to make, and there was a nice long expiration date on the jars I received.

The only thing I didn’t like about it was the residue at the bottom of the pot but it can be strained out.

This didn’t taste *exactly* like my favorite restaurant, but it’s darn close. I never use the Sriracha and hoisin though, and this has just a touch of heat to it. Hubby and kids give it 2 thumbs up. I give it 1 3/4. Flavor is definitely recognizable immediately as pho, and I’ll be buying more to keep on hand.
