Got the spicy, need to let it sit under foil wrapped cooked and then Another coating on top as it sits to rest.
Kinda watery when cooking it.

This is the best sauce I’ve ever had! Mix this with blue cheese, and this will be a masterpiece on top of your salad.

I was hoping this would be similar to what is served in Thai restaurants. It’s not. It is more sweet and less peanut-ie. The spice is about right even though I would not say it’s ‘spicy’. That said, the flavor is still good.

I’ve been searching for the perfect peanut sauce to use as a salad dressing for over a year. Every other sauce I tried was too vinegary or had an off flavor. This one is just PERFECT with the raw veggie, chicken, cilantro and wonton salad I like to make. I needed a sweet/savory sauce with a pure peanut flavor, and this is the one.
