When I saw the dirty mandarin oranges that were delivered not in a bag but a cardboard postal mailer and with their blotchy uneven surface I wondered if they were edible. I showed them to a produce supervisor at a local Safeway and he told me they were far gone and offered to dispose of them for me so any contaminant could be contained and destroyed. Had ordered and received mandarin oranges previously and they arrived very fresh and in excellent condition and tasted terrific. Very sadly that was not the case with this order. Very glad that I had not sent them as a gift as I initially considered. Given this experience I will not gift any future orders. This order was a total waste of money. Tried to give a no star rating but was not allowed to do so.
