1 tsp per cup of water, some diced tofu and scallions make a tasty and flavorful broth for wontons. I glad to be able to order this on Amazon because it has become very difficult to find in the local asian groceries that I have access too.

It was easy to use. Maybe I didn’t read the description well enough but it was stickier than I expected. It took a bit longer to dissolve in my sauce but it did work. It did seem oily.

Added some to chicken soup and it was delicious. If you use this, don’t add any salt until you taste to see if your soup needs more. This base is very salty, but the taste is incredible. It gives your soup a deep rich flavor.
