Absolutely delicious sauce! I use it for everything – meats, tofu, noodles, veggies and also as a dipping sauce. I’ve given some to friends and family to try also. I’ve ordered three times – each time a six pack – and each time the bottles were very carefully and securely packed! Excellent seller and amazing product! Thank you very much!

I used chicken breast that was partially frozen instead of using thighs as directed in the recipe so my sauce turned out a bit more soupy than a glaze. I would recommend making sure you use thawed and patted dry chicken like they did in the video if you want a better consistency.
As to the flavor, it was outstanding. Sweet, savory, mildly spicy. The flavor was good enough, that true to the product claims, you don’t need to add anything else to jazz up the meal. The sauce is all you need. This product is very convenient for a quick meal. At first when this was cooking, it did smell very fishy and my son was like, “What is that smell?” but as the sauce simmered more, that fishy scent faded until the in the completed meal the fish sauce taste is merely a complementary element that is not at all overpowering. The sauce is mostly sweet, with a little spice and then some complex subtle flavors. I had seconds and everybody in our family liked it.

Bottles(two were packaged in bubble wrap but put in a bag. Both bottles were broken, leaking and missing tops. I like red boat salt when cooking or finishing a dish and was looking forward to this. Very unhappy.
