I simmered chicken in the sauce and served it over rice. The chicken came out flavorful with a nice amount of spiciness, not overwhelming. The flavor was not watered down like other store bought curry sauces that I’ve tried. I plan to keep a jar or two on hand for easy meals.

Love these sauces, both the simmer sauce and lemongrass curry! They are so tasty and make it so easy to make a delicious dinner. These are perfect for what I call refrigerator dinners where I scour the shelves and drawers for veggies I want to use up…and these sauces really next level them.
I’ve had great luck with lots of veggies (so far I’ve tried peppers, broccoli, onion, mushrooms, and carrots), chickpeas, tofu and tempeh and I really appreciate having dinners at home with flavors that I don’t know how to make yet :).

I have been make curry from scratch for many years. I added many ingredients to have a taste I like, never trust the premade sauce until I found the red boat curry sauce. I was skeptical first but now I get older and want to make cooking easier and fast but good so I gave RB curry sauce a try. I followed the simple instructions from them and I was surprised that I had a delicious chicken curry in no time, didn’t have to add anything ingredients,
My kids loved the curry and after that day I have ordered many curry sauce for my friends as gifts.

This sauce is absolutely bomb. It makes a great base for different dishes and is flavorful by itself. I’ve ordered it a couple of times now to have on hand for quick meals. The Red Boat website has some great recipes using this sauce so I’d also recommend checking those out.

I used this to make an effortlessly delicious curry! I sautéed aromatics, added some protein, then added my favorite root veggies and the curry and let it simmer for 15-20 mins. I also added 1/2 cup of coconut milk and ended up with a rich, flavorful curry with a very satisfying kick! Enjoyed over a bowl of hot steamy rice, instant yum! I’m a fan of Red Boat products and this did not disappoint.

Such a great addition to any dish. The directions say to simmer it with your dish, but honestly I loved it straight from the jar on my rice. Even my little kids love it. If the flavor is too much, you can always add coconut milk to temper the heat. Great buy!

I’m a huge fan of Asian curries and this one is delicious. I’ve been using Red Boat’s fish sauce for several years now since it is the absolute best you can buy, IMHO. I was excited to see that they made some other products so I didn’t hesitate to try it. Shrimp, asparagus and yellow squash with added kaffir lime leaves served over jasmine rice. My wife and I couldn’t get enough. I have since bought their Kho sauce and can’t wait to simmer some fresh fish in it. Red Boat products are the BEST!
