Phone was sold as unlocked, and was not. Was unable to activate it. Now I have a grandson going to his Dad’s house 9 hours away for the summer with no way to communicate other that borrowing his Dad’s phone. I am P!$$@#.

Love this phone. Upgraded from A20. Plus it has more features and storage space than I had before.

Beautiful phone. Appeared to work good. Paid extra for an ‘excellent’ condition phone that was to be in ‘excellent’ working order. But, the rear camera does not work. I suppose the seller didn’t try it out before shipping it.
Ran down the list all of the things to try, even factory reset it and it still does not work. Fun thing to find out after hours of trouble shooting.
Buyer beware.

This was a refurbished phone. I AM disappointed because for every call it cuts out and no one can hear me. Will be returning.
