I wasn’t at all pleased when I removed the phone from the shipping box only to see that the factory seal attached to the phone’s box had been cut. There’s only one reason why it would have been cut. Also, upon opening the phone box to examine the phone for damage and removing everything from the box to verify its contents, I found that the clear vinyl case shown in every picture of this phone, on the entire website, was missing. I purchased this phone to update and replace my wife’s aging Galaxy A12. I purposely didn’t purchase a case because the display pictures plainly show the clear vinyl case which should have accompanied the phone.

I have previously only purchased through phone stores and retailers. Wanted to upgrade from our A50 product, but I was not impressed with the product in stores. Did a little research to figure out all the options for Verizon and took a chance on this one. Could not be happier. Backed up all my stuff, swapped SIM, and used the Samsung app to manage the transfer. Worked great, and this phone doubled my processing speed and quadrupled the memory. Family happy!

I hate wires –
Does not work with Verizon. They don’t have the actual model A54 described. It WILL NOT do CDMA.

Great phone and service by seller. I didn’t realize it didn’t have e-sim but that’s on me, physical sim card works fine. 😃

I chose this phone after finding myself unable to use my phone during a trip through Canada. With the international phone and dual Sims that will not be a concern going forward. The screen is large with brilliant colors. Lots of features and a low price. I’ve only just started using this but so far I love it. Please note this won’t work with all carriers. I previously used Tracfone and while their IMIE check indicated it was compatable it actually was not. Mint Mobile is compatable and offers good pricing.

I bought A54 from this seller ’cause it has more memory (8/256) than US version. Works okay in the US T-Mobile 5G network.
The description says it’s SM-A546B EU/UK version, but I got SM-A546E. It’s for Asia, Africa, Mid East and South America. No e-sim, but 2 physical sim can be installed. Or 1 sim and micro SD. Service provider software version is XME, which is Malaysia (it can be changed btw, but I don’t need it actually, everything works).

I purchased the “International Version ” and have experienced an issue with receiving calls. Most of the time my calls go directly to my voicemail. Apparently this is not uncommon as per the Samsung customer service department. They stated that this version will often not pickup calls in the US. I have attempted to fix this issue corrected with Samsung and my carrier to no avail.

I bought this as a gift for a family member to replace their aging Galaxy. The feedback I’ve been given is very good. It arrived early, and works well. I was disappointed to find out it only came with a phone-to-phone cable and not a charging cable. I was also a bit taken back that a rubber back cover wasn’t included either. I have ordered many phones and both those items seem standard. Good product, just lacking in the details.
